Rough start and idle
« on: February 12, 2025, 09:08:23 am »
I own a mk5 gti 2008, I’ve owned the car since it was 3 years old been a great car. I’ve recently have an injector let go therefore replaced all them with new ones. Recently when starting the car it’s rough like it wants to stall, although never has. When driving the car within the first 5 mins the idle is rough however after 5 mins or a few miles the idle is fine just the odd shake however it’s always done that, I’ve replaced the n80 valve however this hasn’t changed anything, has anyone had any experience with this and can shed some light, thanks

Could be carbon buildup in the intake/around the valves or a failing swirl flaps module
