I’ve noticed a strange noise coming from the left/bottom side of my Mk5 GTi. At first, it didnt really bother me, given there is 220k on the clock already.. so I thought it’s de dual mass on it’s way out. Recently we dropped the oil pan, and while we were at it, inspected the dmf. There wasn’t really any slack, so I started wondering, what else could it be? Here is a link to the vid:
