Fitted new window regulator - Window don’t seem to go fully down?

Hello,
Today I fitted a new window regulator for my 09’ MK5 GTI (5 Door)
All went well and came to test the window and noticed it doesn’t go fully down? (Sticks up ever so slightly) I faffed about for well over an hour adjusting…but everything has its place and can’t be adjusted as far as I can see. I just can’t figure out why it doesn’t lower as much as the passenger window that hides completely behind the door card when down… I’ve uploaded a video to show what I mean. I can live with it and it’s not the end of the world but I’m even doubting if it ever went fully down?

It should go fully down. Mine is the same though, changed it and it sticks up a bit. I didn’t test it properly with everything off though so never tried to adjust it to try and get it to fit perfect. Sorry I know none of that is any help!
