Anyone else noticed that the Focus ST brakes 'look' identical to the Mk5 R32 and S3 8P setup? I noticed this the other day
Might be a good one for DaveB to get stuck into

I noticed that a while ago, I did some looking into - I seem to remember the discs were a different size............... Would be worth some investigation.

When I had my ST the discs from ford are £80 for the pair
but they are only 321mm, The caliper is the one used on the R32/S3 a split single piston caliper.

Yes noticed this having spent many hrs painting the ST calipers on my old car.
When S3's were being fitted to mine, noticed they looked very similar
( thanks again Dave, brakes are ace!)
