Not sure if a Passat holder will fit the Golf

Item 20 comes with all the other bits 15,12,22,21

I was thinking that (is 3C the prefix for the Passat?) but the aperture must be the same or a similar size as the handbook binders are the same AFAIK. Thanks for confirmation on the additional bits.

I presume it's 3C2-857-285-C that I need to try and order?

I'm on it... Providing the DIN adaptor isn't prohibitively expensive.

I think is it a fair neater solution as well. Adding the CD changer arm rest wastes an awful lot of useful space. Wiring will be easier and resolves my Aux-In dilema too.

To be honest, I'm not holding my breath. Reading through the CD changer installation instructions, it looks as though the Passat glove box has more differences than I first thought. We shall see...

EDIT: Looks like I might need some extra parts...

Reading around on Passatworld there isn't a great deal on information on fitting this. What I really need to establish is just how different the Passat glove box is. I wont be able to return the DIN adapter as I ordered by part number, so fingers crossed I can do something with it or it'll have to go onto eBay, at a loss.
