Evening All,

The small fruit man has been working very hard coming up with some new and fresh ideas for our forum stickers as the current one hasn't really been flying off the shelfs  

So what do we all think of this as a new alternative to the current design: -











In VC's own words "i don't bruise easily" so please give us your honest feedback

Tbh.. I'm not sure about the text tbh. I can see the stencil thing fitting in with the army badge thing, but I'm not sure about that either

Personally speaking I like the old design.

I think this one is a bit fussy and hard to read, sorry VC.

I was actually going to suggest a round sticker. Maybe vw in the center and the site address around the outside. Kinda tax disc sized!

the hard part is having a sticker thats got some design to it rather than just being a web address. the stripes is merely an idea but incorporated a design and the address at the same time involved. Be hyper critical as its only an idea 

nothing wrong with the original, other than those that like it have bought it and you are in the minority as it simply doesnt sell

like Tfsi_Mike says, if you dont own a MK5 GTI but another vag or a MK6 but still  a forumite then a straight web address doesnt sit right

but to take away the www. and the .co.uk and you simple state a vehicle with it not a forum which is kinda the point

with the idea of pleasing the majority not the minority i'd be keen to see what others can do with it 

doesnt have to look pretty as i can smarten things up if need be, all ideas looked at

I like the current one too, is there not something you could do with that? Different types of vinyls maybe? different colours to match GTI colours maybe?

....Exactly my thoughts too - The upside down "co" looks like a mistake because it's the only one. And if you put any of the other words upside down it will be both difficult to read easily and look very contrived.

Otherwise it's extremely distinctive and very easily recognisable from a distance. Very original too. I absolutely love it but hate the upside down bit.

It's very Dubber and up-to-date. The other ideas people are suggesting so far are soooo conventional and boring. Why do you think my car doesn't carry this forum's sticker? Dullsville, man!

EDIT:
Use a less 'military' typeface than utility stencil? A sans serif though. Rounded corners so less sharply sargeant stripes?
