I've used the one in Maidenhead (very close to Slough), and they have been absolutely fine. The only thing they did wrong was wash it once, when i told them not to.

Although I think they are a little pricey compared to the other VW dealers, so you may want to double check on other dealer prices before committing to them!  :happy2:

I've used the Maidenhead one as well, they are fine, but VERY expensive. I felt they overcharged me for my 40,000 mile service but when they wanted to charge me an additional £750 for a cam belt and DSG oil change I decided to look elsewhere. In the end Ridgewway VW in Reading did for £400 which is nearly half the price!
