I had a fair bit in mine.. laptop from work, few parcels, towels cleaning kit as well etc...

Also had 3/4 of a tank... and the spare tyre

I'm thinking i could get 12s  :jumping:   ???

Get down to Pod mate during the summer and find out.
I reckon we need another forum meet there soon. Be good to compare the times at York compared to Pod. I did always find it a tad quicker in my CTR when use to go. But that was a good while back now. Think a trip to York maybe on the cards..  :jumping:

Was admiring yours at VWR on Thursday Niel   Lovely.  Cant wait for carbon bonnets to go into production for the Leon.
Thanks, hoping to get it back for the Inters

Just under 1300kg

I'm looking to get it under 1300kg too John but with the weight of a rear roll cage may struggle, mates running in the VW Cup have stripped front doors & plastic windows saving 40kgs but I'm going to need the electric windows with no A/C

....Ah, is it you who Mat @ VWR mentioned a half-cage about? I'm investigating a removable half-cage.

Sorry it's off-topic (very unusual for me )

take your rear crash bar out!  :happy2:

 :surprised:

I think Jonnyc did this as the bar weighed around 18kg.

I have plenty to go at before safety kit gets removed Joe :happy2:

Its 8kg.. Lightest we weighed mine at was 1156kg

That is why I'm wavering about a cage at the moment, although I may well need one when the conversion is done by Inters :innocent:
