He did count the turns of the track rod ends mind. Not exactly precision engineering but at 2MPG the thing won't be going far anyway.

makes me laugh when they know a good version of a car goes for ..lets say £10k, they buy one for £3-4k, spend £1k on it then on the last drive before they sell thay always say stuff like..

"sorted ones sell for £10k so i reckon we should sell this for £8k"

why not £10k?  :grin:

and then.. he always dumps loads off the asking price as long as the new owner promises to look after it and its for cash!
