Lowering check list?
« on: May 06, 2010, 06:58:35 am »
Morning all!
Just a quick question really. If we have our cars lowered on a set of lowering springs, does anything need to checked after fitting?
Such as tracking, geometry, etc
Or is it just a case of fitting them and driving away?

Thanks  :happy2:

Would definately advise you to get the geometry checked and adjusted. Didn't have mine done at time of lowering and ended up with un even tyre wear.

Had it sorted before I popped new tyres on for £80 which included tracking.

Hope that helps  :happy2:

Get a full alignment done straight away - but then get it all checked again after a couple of weeks when the springs have settled.
Only 250.1bhp - but with that noise, who cares?
