Any adjusting needed for BBS RS on MK5?

Hi all, thinking of changing the interlagos alloys off my GTI, and really do like seeing all the cars in Perfomance VW mag on BBS RS alloys.
Is there any adjusting needed to make them fit, or are there some with the right fitment for a mK5? Also, how much should I expect to pay, and where the hell can I get a decent set of them?
