SD Cards ...........
« on: May 05, 2010, 06:26:39 pm »
Probably a really easy way to do it but I just can't find it.

How do I get songs from my iTunes library onto my SDHC Card to play on my RCD510?!

Cheers in advance,
Matt

If they are stored in MP3 in Itunes ;-

Real simple way on a PC is to right click on the track in iTunes and select Copy, then browse to your SD card in explorer, right click and Paste

Harder way but better especially if you want a whole album is to locate where the tracks are stored, right click in Itunes, Get Info will show you where the file is stored, then in Explorer locate the folder and copy & paste to the SD card

They need to be in mp3/wma format me thinks.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Yeah they do, if I just drag and drop out of iTunes they aren't mp3's or wma's

Mine seem to be AAC Audio Files. These are ones songs I have imported from a CD mind (Plan B's new album actually)

Anyway to convert them within iTunes?!

in iTunes, select the song, go to the ADVANCED menu and choose Convert Selection to mp3
