Dinghy Boy isn't back for a couple of months yet and you aint a Fanboy so it kind of narrowed it down

Might see if i can get it fitted in place of the MFD3

i think ill wait for the next release of the ipad, or when they have os4 software stuff (eg multi tasking) available on the ipad

haha i ordered one 64 GB wifi + 3G aswell :) should have it by the end of the week already lOol

@ Pako - Take it you aint located in the UK as they arent being delivered until the 28th May here

@Cupra K1 - OS4 will be available for the iPad in the Fall so around September/October

All the reviews i have read said that it will benefit greatly from it but it's not something you can't live without and is a lot easier to switch between apps etc than the iPhone

I will give my Verdict on the 29th. I will even type it out on the iPad

actually i m living in uk just ordered differently =) a friend went to apple store in santa monica, CA and is posting it over.
I was shocked about the prices over here so went for an american one and warranty claim is same shd there be anything on the
Pad when the ipad is released over here.

I think the iPad is a useless gadget useful only for hippies and long-hairs, and my mum.



But then I tried the comic book application.


...and WOW. That app alone is worth getting the iPad for IMO. I love the "guided mode" in particular where it zooms in on individual frames. Reads like the beginning of some of the better "Marvel" movies they've made.

Lots of good publishers as well. I reckon I may well get an iPad just for that.

In conclusion: I've been growing my hair, and maybe, just maybe, it's a little bit of the future.

Yawn, think we get the idea of your stance an Apple products now   Really liking mine - got mine free from Apple due to the work I do with them. Nice to have, but even being a mac user I probably would not go and buy one - it is a niche market, and one that I don't need filling. Such a shame that Apple products will not be supporting Flash, needed in my line of work (education) - be interesting to see the Android slates when they arrive

I didn't realise until today that only the 3G ones have the GPS.  I guess that's one more reason to get the 3G.
