Tuning Packages...
« on: August 23, 2010, 06:04:01 pm »
Hello all,

Right I've been looking into some mods for the new GTi.... (hell I never said I would keep it standard) and I figure that people talk a LOT about Stage 2, 3 and 4 etc.... But when I look into it, many companies only sell the 'map' to go with the aforementioned 'stage.'

Now, does anyone actually say 'For £1200 you get a map, an exhaust, sports cat and a filter which will make 270 bhp' for example.... or similar but insert/remove any number of parts...

I really, really cannot be bothered to go source a load of kit myself and all that, so just wondered!

Cheers
Matt

Nuff said. Thanks!

Can't believe they still use the teenie weenie KO3 that was in my old Leon Cupra!!!

Are they at least K03s' nowadays? Sigh, I once had a K04 in my garage - I think I chucked it lol...

the new k03 is pretty much the same performance wise as the old 1.8T k04.  the new k04 is way bigger
