Part numbers needed, anyone with ETKA please help!!

Hi folks,

Im after the part number for an A/C Compressor for my car, it's a mkv golf gt tdi 140, 54 plate, it has climate control if that makes any difference not that i imagine it should.

I'm pretty sure numbers have superseded over time and if anyone has all the relevant numbers that would be great

Yes, thought the air con didnt feel cold the other day so checked it out with VCDS and a code was stored. Checked this code out and looks like the compressor is knackered.

Looks like there was a fault with the early ones. I can get hold of a second hand one but need to see if it will fit using the part numbers!!

Gotta be time for a new motor (starts dreaming of a white Ed30.........) i keep telling her but it's falling on def ears at the moment

Hi Gav the part number is 1K0 820 859 F I think thats for a new part,  reconditioned is 1K0 820 859 QX

Sounds like a plan Wayne, but i know what she'll say..."It really is lovely but...the wedding comes first, then the kitchen, then the TT (she wants) then Gav's ED30"

Hi Gav just checked and yes its a superseded number of 1K0 820 803S it was dropped on the 01/04/2007 for the number I gave you above.
