No I wouldn't consider a recover, new seat for me!

Depends on the claim I would have thought? If its a failure the full three years, but wear issues are likley to be more complicated as the car gets older.

i mean within the three years, would be interesed to know if its 3 years or just the one

ps if your dealer gives you a whole seat i want to know who your dealer is   :wink:

irrespective of warranty you can quote the Sale of Goods Act with reference to durability, always worth a read and have the facts to hand should the going get tough, normally a copy highlighted for them helps

not to mention my missus is now paranoid about the size of her ar$e  :scared:

well yes, but its still fit for purpose etc, just look a bit worn, i reckon it will be a hard one, but will happily be proved wrong
