Hit the sales yesterday for some more outdoor gear. Bought some boots, some fleece lined troosers, a fleece jacket, a pair of gloves, 2 pairs of Brasher socks, a hat and a Polartec neck gaiter thingy for £212. Full retail would've been £355. Pictures I cannae be doing with as there are 8 items there!

How much did the mounts and vents set you back.

What are the supposed benefits of the mounts?

I've got this on pre order, not meant to be out until Monday I thought but I've been to the NEC Motorcycle Show today and it was available now in there.

Saw it at the cinema and I think it's an awesome film!

Enjoy :happy2:

Guy MArtin = Legend, we (as a group of around 15 friends) support him every year at TT, im lucky enough to go every year and even luckier to have met Guy a few times, he is a top bloke and a stand up fella, hopefully 2012 TT will be his year (if only he does not break down!).

What are the supposed benefits of the mounts?

The Bruce Suggested the rubber from the RS3 may be stiffer than that of the Gti/Cupra. at 65k miles its worth replacing as a matter of course (for me, Im a bit anal about servicing) and hopefully there will be an improved feel

I bought the parts from Audi with 19% discount.  A set of top mounts and brake vents was 120€ With all the fittings  :happy2:

I had one of these a few years back and I was led to believe they were a limited production run??

Could you please pm me and let me know how you got one at that price!

Pm sent  :happy2:

Yeah, they were made in 2007.

Limited to 100 bikes originally!

....But we all know about "limited edition" figures  :signLOL:

I've seen cromo burner framed go for £200+ on their own
