Get fit time :) P90x extreme workout programme, Pull up bar, resistance bands and a kettle bell. I'm also looking for some decent quality dumbells if anyone has any suggestions?

Ben

Using york cast iron dumbells, good value for money - quality will last etc etc and theres something more 'alpha male' about iron/metal weights as opposed to plastic ones

When i give my car a clean next i'll take some before and after pics as i will be cleaning the Tyre's with APC before re-applying.

A good tip i was given by the Maestro himself was to use a heat gun to dry/warm the tyre up before applying tyre dressing. Lets it work right into the rubber and it does seem to last a few days longer.

The heat gun primarily burns off any crap/previous tyre shine oils thats lingering on the tyre that wasn't removed during a wash. It sounds drastic the "burning off" bit but it doesn't take more than a few seconds for this to happen, don't be holding a heat gun on your tyre waiting for it to burn! ;)
