I think it is about £80-odd from Amazon. I picked up a new sealed one much cheaper from someone I know selling.

I have a Vertex 2 in my MBP, which I've been using for about 2 years now. Always been spot on and just as fast as it was on day 1, hence the reason why I stuck to Vertex.

You might find that 50 a bit narrow on the crop sensor. I would have suggested a second hand 5d or 5dii, better use of the 50mm INVHO

I agree My i7 MBA has the 256GB SSD and its crazy fast  :laugh:
