The welds on the tail pipes dont look like the normal Miltek quality...

Na, I'm sure they will be structualy fine, they just dont look as pretty as I would ecpect.

Prob because they look like they have been MIG welded instead on TIG welded..

My original ones were, apparently the system was a universal fitment for the GTI and the A3! The clamps were exhaust clamps which were hideous these at least seem alot more discreet!

micaerin, I might be wrong, but I think some of Milltek's stuff comes in from China now? Could explain the difference, as mine was nearly 5 years old and barring the dirt, still perfect and rust free when i sold it... certainly looked better made than that too. Oh, and having the tips bolt on is better, makes them easier to clean off the car!

Anyhooo..

4x brand new DZ03Gs for the clutter, I won't say how much of a bargain, you'll all hate me  :P

Maybe the new batch of chinese people cant weld as good as the last lot...  :grin:
