....Does the frame have clearance for mudguards?

Haha, it's a great bike to be honest, just don't like the thought of ruining my carbon bike through the winter, hence the need for this.

Yes RR, it will have some mudguards fitted when the weather really turns, not much fun getting sprayed in the face is it!

Road bikes don't normally come with pedals. You have to get them seperately so the fit the cleats on the bottom of your chosen shoes

Funnily enough Steve, no! As Beetie says you buy pedals separately and I already have some off my old winter bike. That's just a stock picture of the bike I have bought.

That looks like a very nice helmet indeed. Good neck protection. Is the front peak removable?

I don't know why I ask - My cycling days are over. I had Bell and then Giro helmets.
