^^^ very nice danish

could you have a look on the tyre to see if it has a 'N' rating marked anywhere on it - normally has either N1/2/3or4 written on it near the size info.
thanks

Ferodo DS Performance a little better (and costlier) than stock.
Between OEM and DS2500.

In dont' know if it does matter in the UK, but important in Germany:

DSP are road legal, DS2500 are not. Otherwise I'd gone for the 2500.

....As I understand it, DS2500s are not legal in the UK if fitted to the original car manufacturer's brakes (OEM). But if supplied and fitted to an aftermarket complete brake kit, then they are legal. That's what I understand from AP Racing who include DS2500s in my BBK supplied and fitted by them.

AP are now producing their own brake pads, so my next set will be theirs.

Robin, i think im right in saying they are not road legal Full stop. They are not legal for road use in any setup due to the compound not being "awake" enough on cold starts in the morning etc.

There are certain markings road legal pads bare, but the ds2500s dont.

....I beg to differ. I looked into this when I first heard that rumour on the internet and am assured that my AP Racing BBK with DS2500's are totally legal. As it happens I always test my brakes on my drive before taking my car out on the road and they work well every single time. Has passed MOT twice as well for what that's worth.

You don't really think that an established company such as AP would be selling brakes for road use with illegal pads do you?

I ran DS2500 pads in my old mk4 Ibiza (AP 4 pots) for two years (and 2 MOT's) with no problems at all..

Even from cold they wanted to put you through the front window

^ Ordered a pair of these today:

Oakley Ducati Straightjacket Iridium Polarised Vario-focal prescription lenses. Had to be red didn't they

I've always had Bolle prescription glasses from when I used to race bicycles. Had my first eye-test for 5 years - All healthy in spite of spending so much time on the Mac and watching porn. I'll post some better pics when I collect them in a few weeks. I got a huge discount - About £120 off.
