I cant wait until my lad is old enough to play with Scalextric. He is just to young yet.  Took him out in the Exige a couple of days ago and a car went past and he said 'look Dad another Lotus'

Haha, funnily enough my boy excitedly pointed at a Lotus the other day. I felt very proud of him.

The great thing about those Start sets is that they have adjustable controllers, so you can restrict how fast the cars go. The sets are probably still as fragile as Scalextric always have been though.
