Bought some cloth Recaro's last week, then picked up the GTI on Saturday to put them in!   :smiley:

Well i technically had bought the car first! Had a deposit on it and collected it at the weekend.

Just waiting on the courier to deliver the Recaro's now and wil get them fitted at the weekend.

Top one is £99 in John Lewis with pickup at my local Waitrose.  :happy2:

Bottom one is an earlier model but will retain some of the features of the top one.  :wink:

Left my car with Alex at AKS last week to fit this little lot



After fitment, he sent me these couple of photos







Then, got a set off these delivered today ready for some track action (hopefully)



It takes quite a bit for me to feel comfortable to leave my car with anyone  :signLOL:

Happy to say though, that Alex dealt with the whole process very professionally and his attention to detail was exceptional. Nothing ever seems to much for him and "seems" (haha) to be happy to answer any questions/queries along the way.

Just to decide now on the next stage  :happy2:
