It's more like I'm going out for a walk and I pick up my phone to spot that the battery is at 15%. I used to put it on charge and the walk would have to wait ( well, the dogs I was walking would have to wait more specifically). Now I can charge it and go for the walk at the same time.

I think it's probably designed for people who are camping for a few days with no electric available, but it works for forgetful people like me, too!

Fit a pouch to the dog, pop the phone & charger in and it'll charge in no time at all.

eBay. It's only a cheapy. Hopefully send obd data to Harrys Lap timer fine. If not, I'll be ordering a GoPoint BT1.

Did you know the SSID and password? Somtimes they are none broadcast. Did you manually setup a static ip address on the same subnet and also setup the proxy with the correct port?

It will most likely have an IP of 192.168.0.10, you need to assign a static IP to your phone of 192.168.0.11 and subnet of 255.255.255.0. The SSID is normally wifiOBD or wifiOBD2, passwords are usually 12345678 (if required). Proxy needs to be manually set to 192.168.0.10 and port 35000.

I'm having to re learn how to drive again the gti has made me so lazy with gear changes for corners etc
