Whole thing is made by Uvex Rich, seems a really nice lid and very light too! Matt black finish looks a little less in your face than the white ones too

For info it's the same helmet they sell in the Ringwerks shops and the petrol station at the Ring for 189E and used by the RSR instructors, officially a bike helmet but ACU Gold and ECE approved so has excellent safety credentials
