Are you a chilli fiend Mr Carl?
I'm after a new sauce. At the mo, I use Dave's Temporary Insanity Pepper sauce. The great thing about it is the spiciness. The crap thing is the delay. If I cook something using Dave's anad eat it, with each mouthful, there's no initial heat. Normally, once I've eaten something and then swallowed it, the heat then begins to start and can be enough to drive a man crazy. Whilst I don't mind going crazy, it's frustrating that whilst the food is in my mouth, there's very little heat and it's from the green chillies or whatever else I've used.
Anyone have suggestions for a better chilli sauce? I want something that makes the food taste spicy as soon as I put into my mouth and then lingers for at least half an hour after eating.
