Is that a Bosch? I bought one a while back and it isn't that great. Only washes OK if you have it on the really hot setting, otherwise the washing tabs don't dissolve. Even then we sometimes have to leave bits in for a second go or just wash them by hand!

Yeah it's a Bosch... Seems to clean very well to be honest.

That's good then. Just wish I hadn't splashed 600 nicker on the top of the range one. I get 'round the non-dissolving tabs issue by putting it on the 65° setting.

Which tablets are you using. Ours dissolve even in the quick-Eco-pikey 30minute setting.

The Siemens and Bosch machines are the same, they're just badge engineered like a Polo and an Audi A1. I went to buy a Siemens and the salesman told me I'd save £100 by purchasing the same machine with a different name stuck on it. We do have a Siemens washing machine, though, but got that at £400 off the RRP and was the reason I wanted a Siemens dishwasher initially.

The machine we have has a separate drawer for cutlery and the machine plops the tablet into a little compartment on the shelf below that. It sits in there and doesn't dissolve occasionally. Could just be something blocking the correct operation, as it is only now and then...?
