Sorry its not a VW but the testdrive was better than the Golf gti mk6 I took out and far more equipment for a lot less money brand new.

Nice. I looked at that one, but wasn't convinced it was worth the money compared with the one I ended up getting.

Cheers mate. I did look at the Sonos system but I think it lacks bass and by the time you add up the price of the sub too its over a grand. I also managed to get the Samsung with £120 off so that was also the deciding factor for me.

Well at £120 less I'd have had some trouble deciding mefinks! I went for the Playbar for the music streaming feature, as it sounds just as good belting out tunes as it does movies. Can't say I've noticed it lacking in bass, but it is a great upgrade on my TV's puny speakers. Tis nice to know that a sub can be added later, too, but if I want the room shaking I have a separate system with a sub in another room!
