Just fitted two of these Toyo Proxes T1 Sport 235/40/18's on the front of the A4, replacing Conti Sport 3's so was a little worried about the difference but so far I have been hugely impressed, they feel steady, grip and stability in the wet is great and they're also very quiet. At £105 a corner I think I'll be putting a couple more on the rear in a month or two.

Received last week....at last.

The quality looks great so worth waiting for really.  :happy2:

(Especially for the price)  :pomppomp:

Need to order the Mintex M1144's tmrw.

I so wanted to get the PmU pads but after the reports of serious squeal, it put me right off.
I was hoping to to buy some pads that would be great from road to track.

Yes Rich, did they all come like that?

I was under the impression the bells were painted rather a rough looking silver???

I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice they actually are.

Can we get Brembo R32/S3 rears to match?

I couldn't believe how heavy they were when the courier bloke handed me the box and these are supposed to be the lighter ones!

They only squeal because the discs I fitted them to are not grooved.  Wasn't serious squeal imo.  Very slow speed just gently touching the pedal.

No issue if they are on a grooved disc and going flat out everywhere.

So what should I do, Alex?

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.
