Hi Everyone..

Just found this amazing Site so much information on the mk5 gti i love it..

I am going to modify it but not really 4 performance but for its look as i like the look of them sitting on there ass with sum phat ass rims on..

Heres a few pics of mine wheni bought it.

I live in Essex Just off the M25 Junction 27 any 1 else from around this neck of the woods? Would like to meet up with other owners..

Thanks for all the nice comments guys.. First of all i want to stop as much movement as i can of the engine with upgraded engine mounts as iv had 2 have warrenty work on my car due to the engine coiver brackets snapping due to engine movement! it has happend 3 times.. I think it was from the torque of the re-map but since i havent had the map on its been fine so i need to sort the movement out and then get the map back on...

Heres wat i want to do to the car..
Kw V2 Coilovers.
upgraded engine mounts.
anti lift kit think its called WALK or sumink..
full non-res miltek.
some colour coding.
19" split rims with stretched tyres.
phat ass stance.
Hid kit or Xenon conversion.

had the same issues myself with snapped cover fixings! on std that was , now mapped.
Like you i reckon moving to VF/VWR engine mounts is the only way to tie down this engine 'flap'
