Another odd thing is the time in the clocks pic is to the right of the display and not centralised in that top bit.
Strange.

Also looks to have headlamp washers from the trim but normal lights fitted - crashed perhaps? Esp given the low price

Those are normal mate, the time on the highline goes to the right once its been coded with the sat nav (for the compass). The washers are part of the winter pack. If it's too good to be true, it usually is.

On the normal GTI you get headlight washers with the winter pack, I have them on mine without xenons

I'd avoid to be honest, if you can stretch a bit more you should. Looks dodgy to me.
