How to brighten up the rear lights?

Hi guys im looking for info on how to make my rear lights brighter with vagcom,i spoke to cameluk(barry) last night and his rear lights on his R32 are set at 100% output where as mine are set at about 65% output,i have changed my rear lights to the same as his but i would obviously like to make mine 100% too so can anyone help please :scared: :scared:

Swap out the bulbs for  higher rated ones or get the Valeo LED rear light clusters.
Golf R gone.
