Lower arm torque figures!!

Hi Folks

Changing my lower arm suspension bushes today and im after the torque figures for the 3 bolts (front arm rear bush bracket to vehicle and front arm inner bush bolt to subframe) and the ball joint nuts if anyone has them cos you please post them for me  :happy2:
