The rims are sooo sexy!

Damn straight. In fact, today I saw some Honda civic with black rims and a red lip.

I gotta do this mod to my car at some point.

Nousey, what colour/finish are your monzas in?

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

I didn't specify a colour, just left it to the boys at A1 to sort it  :happy2:

May go for a more matte finish in the future?

Just wondered whether it was matt or gloss.

Keep thinking about whether to go for matt black or go for the DBP of the ED30. What do you reckon? Too much?

Mine are gloss and do look great in the sunlight. Not sure I'd go the same colour as the car as I prefer a contrast  :happy2:

Not bad.

Much prefer the Gloss wheels.

I won't have much to do before Ultimate Dubs it seems!

Ok, sun was out so time for a little spruce up and some pic whorage!

Just a quick one today! Jet wash, two bucket method, Meguiers and a Lambswool mit then a liberal spray of Dodo Juice Red Mist (this stuff is the nuts BTW, easy to use and fantastic results!) for the below results  :happy2:

Oh and a coat of Colly for the wheels

A bit of beadage pre drying

Reflection shots

Finished article

Oh and if anyone wondered what an aqua blue front grille, splitter and wheel rim would look like!  :happy2:

Cheers

Very nice mate. Did you use that silly website that blurs things?
