Finally some pics
« on: May 22, 2010, 02:12:58 pm »
Hi guys!
Been knocking around here for a couple of months now so thought its about time to get some  pics up!
Done a few little bits to it since i bought it. Over the moon with it, one of the best cars i've owned.
Thanks to everyone thats helped me out so far  :happy2:

18" monza reps
Gti seat inlays
Brushed climate control surounds
Gti dead pedal (Thanks Gulf)
Replaced boot latch/handel due to white worm (Thanks sparky craig)

Only real plans are to lower it a little on eibach sportlines (Anyone got  a set of lowering springs they are thinking of removing ?)
And probably a remap.
Getting married in August so wife is eagle eyed over my spending, alot of ducking and diving going on!

Thanks for looking guys.

Do you guys think it needs lowering a little?

Really like the seat inlays, think  it finish the seat off. And Gulfs dead pedal  :happy2:

How long do you think they will stay looking like this?

Any ideas welcome on how to improve the look of my Gti?  :happy2:

From a company called wheelbase. Heres the link via ebay but i bought mine over the phone as i wanted to ask loads of questions
Mainly any known problems with them, how long is the warranty on them, best methods to look after them.
The guy was very helpful and wheels turned up in under 24hrs! Very well packed.
So far so good  :happy2:
