Ohright, i had some warranty work done on my GTI and the tech asked if it had been chipped and i said not to my knowledge and he said the only reason he asks is cos its over boosting but because theres no error codes he cant enter the menu on his diagnostics to investigate. This was VW so i dont know if its different elsewhere.

A garage i use whos a revo dealer reckons dealerships cant see it... duno then lol

There is a flash counter but a revo agent should normally reset the flash counter to zero after mapping the car.

I keep trying to tell myself I can get a nice car for around 7k but when you lot chuck cars like this in my face I want to go all out again.

Damn you Jules  :signLOL:

Did you put £2k down to get the payments to £350ish?

there are 2 flash counters, one is resettable, the other isnt apparently.

Also VAG now can interrogate the ecu remotely to see if its mapped or not.
