Last minute idea, went Milton Keynes Apple store about 7:50 this morning and out by 9 with a full setup and registered iPad. :happy2:

Nice one, Steve! I can see that having one of those will suit your needs very well indeed  :happy2:

Do you think it will make your laptop obselete though? Or perhaps it doesn't have the storage and full-blooded applications.

I will still keep my MacBook for full blown apps but will certainly use it far less.

If stuff like VCDS or microsoft remote desktop could be ported to the iPad in the future then I would be a very happy man.
