I echo RR's comments. Spend a few hundred quid and put her through advanced driving school that facilitates training on taking corners at higher than normal speeds without clipping the rims.

Or just sell the EOS and buy her a 5 seater banger and then she will appreciate the finer things in life.

The wheel can be refurb'd, there's some companies who do diamond polishing/cutting and result in a wheel as good as new. Just got to make sure they put on a proper high-temp laquer!
