So with winter upon us, I decided again this year to get a winter car. Since my edition 30 had never been on the road with salt or snow since it was new.

This years winter hack a wee Jimny to get me through the winter in Scotland. Picked it up at the start of November and the golf has been off the road tucked up since. Its a T reg 1.3 16valve with 93 k on the clock, years tax and MOT    Perfect

So here she is

Painted the old tatty rusty wiper arms

Next up is to paint the wheels black and have some fun it it

Lovely looking eddy. Did u got stage 2+ with just TBE & intake or did u get a HPFP as well? Are u running blue flame 3.5" exhaust tips?

Those are blue flame tips yeah, but will be getting a BCS ordered up soon as the blue flame has started to split!! Also running an auto tech hpfp

Small update. Change the screen wash and coolant cap from blue to black thanks to Alex at AKS

Excuse the dirty bay pics, I'm needing to give it a good going over for getting it back out after winter. Plenty of time for that

And out playing at the top of a nearby hill this morning, passing all the stuck cars on the way up as the access road is pretty steep   


Parts I'm hoping to fit while off the road are WALK kit, BCS full system, new tyres and get the wheel colour changed also maybe a twintercooler
