if they are 27psi cold what would that equate to when warm.  he'll have to drive to the station to do the pressures so no doubt they will be warm with the weather and that drive when he gets there

Or how long should I wait, after a slow drive to the garage? 2 miles (ish)

Cheers

Best to set pressures when the car has been sat out of the sun.. So say early morning.. Did they use dry air?

Its worth checking anyways, most likely they will be around 35psi which is waayyy too much for those..

Dry air?  Their air gun was spraying water mist everywhere so they probably had w*nk  pneumatic system.
Went to cowboy tyre fitters round the corner as I knew they would fit tyres I supplied.

TD what are the benefits of running toe in/out or parallel etc.  also what pressures dop people run their R888s on. mike maywell have them over pumped

Oh God, the subject goes on and on and on, it also is very much determined by what the driver's style is - they'll listen to what he wants and set it up accordingly I'm sure.

I think they run 28F 30R, my PSCups are around 2PSI higher all round by comparison, really depends on the tyre.

Nitrogen infaltion FTW - water vapour = massive changes in cold/hot pressure leading to greasy tyres and crowning.
