New series starting tonight Ch5 7:30pm. Not the greatest prog but often watchable.

Sticky Vicky :love: tests 4 hatchbacks and Lewis Hamilton the McLaren MP4-12C.

Cheers, RR. My other half spotted this the other night. I thought it had been dropped too, clearly there was a change of mind :happy2: I much prefer it to TG - It's much closer to the old format of TG, which I prefer (which comes as no surprise as it is/was most of the orginal production team).

Yep i'll be watching it just for the Hot Hatch battle (feat Rocco R, Focus RS, Megane 250 and Mazda 3 MPS).

lad over from me has just bought mazda 3 mps brand new, it sounds like a bag of spanners, nearly told him the other day!! sounds like a ten year old transit on a morning, and thats coming from me with a french car :signLOL:

the rocco is a hot hatch, if its not then what is it.  it has 4 seats, a decent boot, granted its not as big as the golf/focus,  but it is a sleeker designed 3dr hatch.

the R needs to be good on this, its the only one with the AWD, all the others are high power FWD.  the meganne and focus both have mechanical diff, rocco has that XDS jobbie.

not even ranking the mazda in with them, i really cant see it cutting the mustard dynamically with them.  im interested to see how the RS's power advantage holds up against the others though.

What power advantage??? :confused:

No one has apparently tested one on a RR yet that has reached higher than 280bhp standard.

ive seen my mtes make 297hp on DD rollers. apparently alot of them wern't ran in and have since been making better HP
