I don't have logs of the fuel trims on this pc but from memory the LTFT's dropped from around +8% down to -0.8% but these did sometimes vary when checked. In addition to the sleeve I also fabricated an aluminium boss/spacer to centralise the Maf sensor in the housing.

I hate my (now defunct) dbilas with a passion. It hooted, it was heavy, the side-bolt that held it to the engine sheared on two occasions, the panel filter was tiny resulting in power loss and the MAF section is the wrong size.

I replaced it with the ITG filter and all my missing horses came back. Just get the ITG or forge intakes, and I understand the EVOMs has a pleasant noise as well. Or a BSH TruSeal. Or anything, in fact, apart from the dbilas.

Carbonio + ITG filter? Worked for APR's quasi racecars up to silly horsepower as I recall.
