I'm not a great fan of lumps of pork.

The Kalbs haxen would be my first choice but better would be Kasespaetzle.

Hmmm 15 years is a long time.  :sad1:

Had quite the best sushi anywhere, much to our great surprise:

Eyes right, gentlemen!!

One of the best kebabs I had was in Munich, I think it was Karlsplatz U-bahn station. I'm more of a fan of Berlin than Munich, but <3 Deutschland in general.

Can't say I've ever thought of having sushi or a kebab in Germany, there's too much of their own stuff to try.

Never seen any veal, other than in steak/schnitzel form, Hedge - I'll keep a lookout for it, but Kaesespaetzle is essential!!

I really like a winter dish you find up in the mountains (or that's where I've had it anyway) called Grunkohl with either potato dumpling or their version of rosti. Kale and various cuts of smoked pork and sausages cooked in broth. I love their boiled beef with fresh horseradish too... really warms the cockles after a day of walking in the cold. Think it was minus15 last time I was there.

God, I want to go back already!! Roll on Christmas.

^^^^
I'm not that keen on traditional German food generally except perhaps their cold meats and stuff which isn't so stodgy or heavy. Didn't plan the sushi-stop.. It was there on the street, we were hungry and both love sushi.

Does look good sushi!

Point taken in the summer months, far too heavy, it certainly does put padding on your bones though their food!!

Seems a shame people don't want to try it though, talking in general. I was nomming lovely Bratwursts for lunch at the Ring recently and others were going to Subway for 4x the price, I bet mine had less crap in it too.

....Yes, you're absolutely right about trying out new and local food - Too many people won't even try it - Their loss!

My German friend Nina took me for a Bratwursts at what she said was the bestest place for it in Nuremberg (not to be confused with Nurburg!) - Was excellent

do you have an expereience of custom code , have you driven any car re mapped by them ?

Thankfully no and I probably never will.

Before you ask my opinion is based on the numerous instances of poor customer service, shoddy workmanship and outlandish claims.
Take my current car. 3.2 litres of throbbing V6 which they reckon they can squeeze an additional 35-40bhp from.
Fair enough but not any rolling road other than their own.

Thats my piece said. You obviously are a fanboy and as long as you're happy that's all that matters but trust me when I say there are many that aren't.

sorry pal but your talking rubbish , i m talking from personal experiences from the last 5 or more years you are talking from no experience what so ever which imo makes your comments worth less  :stupid:
