The new wheels i'm getting are in fact anthracite and not black like they are at the moment. Do you guys think it'll look ok? Or shall I get them done in black, just makes them even more expensive and reluctant to paint new wheels.

I think Anthracite will look awesome Ed, you can always run them for a while and when you get bored get them re-done in black!

You going for Turini's?

Just a quick one, where did you get your plates from? I have mine cut down also but the finish on them is shoddy, yours look spot on  :happy2:

Get a normal plate and mark out where you want to cut it, make sure you don't cut bang on the line. Finish it off with a file, you can file it to the line and get it dead straight. I stuck another plate on top of the other plate and used that as a template for the radius of the corners, the file follows the radius of the old plate perfectly.

Just remenber to cut and file pressing down on the backing, this will stop the backing from coming away from the plastic.

The Turini's will look spot on as standard especially if you get those H&R beauties on.

Well float about all over the place but parents live near Lincoln. Have you got a Blue R32 then?

Welcome along and what a lovely car you have there :drinking:

Good to see the S3 contingent growing here

Think I recognise your car from Santa Pod.  Were you there at some point earlier this year?

Yes mate in Feb I think. Managed a 13.1 at 108. Remember seeing a silver S3, must have been you?
