twaeked vRS's down my way. no idea who maps them, but they do shift much more than std ones do.
I'd be very suprised if they were remapped. 'Police' tuned cars more or less died out with the old T5s (850s, not V70s)
i know i stuck my foot down behind one with the lights as he pushed through the traffic and cleared the road and he pulled away from me and their police cars are loaded up with gear as well
