^^^ never fell out with them just voice concerns about issues I had on the Mk5 systems, thses have now been addressed with some major investments by Milltek.

Yes it's Millteks car, they don't have the R8 anymore IIRC they replaced it with a TT-RS  :smiley:

IMHO, this is what makes R cars great. It's also why I wanted a grey/silver R32 rather than a DBP one. Harder to tell at a glance that it's 'special'. I love the sleeper aspect. My R with be grey with silver 19"s

I love the Golf R.... i dont think its over priced... VW have priced it 30-40k for a reason... and i think its a good reason...

If it was cheaper... i think everyone would be swapping for a Golf R and then owning a Golf R isn't so special after all...

Thats the positive I think about the higher price, it will remain that bit more exclusive for longer.

I had a feeling it was Miltek's as the dealer told me they had ordered one when I had a test drive in their demo - not the kind of demo car most average dealers would have now is it...

Hmm, I wonder how long they'll keep it - will certainly have a decent exhaust once they have done.
