No RR, you have to log it with vcds.

will evoms readins be accurate seeing as they have non std maf housing sizing?

This is a fair point as the size of the maf housing varies amongst different brands of intake, therefore one with a smaller diameter housing will naturally read higher than that of a larger housing.

An intake with a 10% larger diameter intake at the MAF will read 10% lower for a given airspeed flow....unless the ECU can be scaled to accomodate the diameter difference and correct the reading.

^^^^

Am I wrong in thinking that this survey, though a great idea in principle, could in fact be fairly meaningless?

It's all very academic anyway.. My car drives beautifully, sounds awesome, looks cool, with its aftermarket intake and that's all that matters to me.

Robin does have a point. I am getting a lowly 204 g/s, not because of a carp intake, but because my map is not requesting the full fuel rail pressure thus fuel thus air needed to burn it. However, all other things being equal with cars running as they should, it should give some useful comparisons.

of course it has a relevance.  it shows what the intakes are able to flow at each stage of tune,s o when guys log their cars it is handy to see what others are producing for comparison.  and to be fair it gives a good indication of what guys are producing power wise. as confirmed today on my RR.  mine made pretty much what the maf/0.8 figure predicted.

None of the readings will be bang on accurate whether it is the ITG, EVOMS Twintake etc....

To get an idea of how accurate the reading is look at your long term fuel trims (LTFTs)  this will tell you how much fuel the ECU is having to add or subtract to maitain AFR.  To check your LTFTs look at block 32.
