Sorry folks but in the light of different MAF pipe sizes my question was genuine and not intended to kill the survey.

it doesnt matter, MAF output is a very good guide for how well a car performs and how well the intake can flow.  you'll have to speak to JKM for your logs if you  want to know your MAF Robin :happy2:

Cheers, Sy - I'll see if I can get my flow log from JKM for the sake of adding info to this survey.

will evoms readins be accurate seeing as they have non std maf housing sizing?

None of the readings will be bang on accurate whether it is the ITG, EVOMS Twintake etc....

To get an idea of how accurate the reading is look at your long term fuel trims (LTFTs)  this will tell you how much fuel the ECU is having to add or subtract to maitain AFR.  To check your LTFTs look at block 31.

You really do know your way around vcds  :happy2:

I know who I will be begging for help should I ever need it  :signLOL:

Lol@ Hurdy with 277.67g/s. Guess you wanted to get one up on DomT's 277g/s value.

Did Hurdy post 277.67? I think that 7 was meant to be a 9, so 277.69

 :P

I did some logs earlier today with this in mind. 3 runs in total with 2 over 277g/s in 4th gear and one at 274g/s in 3rd gear - private road obviously

Steve Jr has texted me to say that they have some logs with peak flows over 308g/s now :surprised: i think he's aiming for 310g/s and the car goes on Noble's dyno tomorrow afternoon :jumping: , so we should see some good figures with a bit of luck :happy2:

You got anything for your cylinder timings. All mine are zero apart from cylinder 2 and 3 on one run which ran at around -2 between 2.6k and 3.4krpm.  My LTFT's are zero, but don't see why they should be different to yours

Very unlikely that your LTFT is 0 mate.  Are you sure you looked at the right block?  Engine block 32 with the ignition turned on is all you need to see it.

....Best scrub me from the list. No MAF thingy will be forthcoming - Nothing has been logged on the road since Twintake installed and hasn't been necessary.

LTFT is only zero just after you clear the engine fault codes even thought there were no fault codes.
