Flat Spot!!!! WOT

Anybody got any idea on this one: i was WOT through 3rd gear to 6,500rpm, changed up to fourth gear WOT and huge flat spot! had it once before.....ive got  autotech hpfp (was built on new pump and thrust sensor), bkr7iex plugs, induction kit , bluefin stage 3, S3 intercooler. i have replaced coil packs, version D diverter valve and N75 valve.anyone had the same happen to them?  any suggestions are welcome.

sure i read on here some one had the same trouble and they swapped to revo and it fixed the problem

He means the RS4 fuel pressure relief valve.

But IIRC the Bluefin Stage 3 doesn't request near the 130bar limit like the other tuners  :smiley:

You are right Steve, but the RS4 valve also helps with the low pressure pump. First call for me though would be to do some logs of rail pressure requested v actual and also see what the low pressure pump pressures are and the ltft's. :smiley:
